What counts as pendings? | Overnight stays in Swiss resorts (Arosa, Crans-Montana, Sils-Maria, Wengen) |
Visibility | Three days after the end of your stay on your online profile |
Book directly | You collect Faern points when you book your holiday in Switzerland directly at the hotel (by e-mail, telephone, hotel website or reception) |
Redeem Faern points
Please indicate at the time of reservation that you wish to pay with Faern points.
Cash Value | 1 Faern point = CHF 10.- |
Validity | Blue Status: 3 years from the date of issue (departure from the resort) |
Redeem | Directly at check out in all four properties. Maximum of 50% of the hotel bill can be paid with points (including all hotel services) |
Cash payment | Excluded in all cases |
