From September 18 to 21, 2025, Crans-Montana becomes the heartbeat of the trail running world as it hosts Wildstrubel by UTMB®—a four-day celebration of endurance, nature, and alpine passion.

Whether you're racing, cheering on a loved one, or soaking up the vibrant trail atmosphere, Wildstrubel by UTMB® offers an unforgettable mountain experience. Linking the cantons of Valais and Bern, this premier race series takes participants through meadows, across high alpine passes, and past glittering lakes—culminating in Crans-Montana, just a 2-minute walk from Faern Valaisia.

Choose from several race formats—from the prestigious 113 km ultra to the scenic 10 km Wild—there’s something for every level, including dedicated kids’ and adaptive races. Crans-Montana serves as both a starting point and a finish line for many of the trails, making our location the ultimate base for your Wildstrubel journey.

After a thrilling day on the trails, retreat to Valaisia, a Faern Collection Hotel, for deep muscle recovery in our serene alpine spa, restorative massages, hearty post-race dinners, and cosy mountain-chic rooms.
